📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to high order volume.

 🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days.

Expedited options usually arrive in 1–3 business days depending on the carrier.

Note: Some fragrance items may be subject to ground shipping only due to flammability restrictions.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

Orders over $0 may qualify for free shipping (U.S. only).

For international orders, all applicable fees are calculated at checkout.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status directly via our website or the shipping carrier’s site.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for fragrance products due to carrier limitations.

Some fragrances may be restricted from air shipping and require ground transportation.

We do not ship to embargoed countries or regions where perfume imports are restricted.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at support@teamprofit.online with photos of the item and packaging.

For lost shipments, contact us if your tracking number hasn’t updated after 7 business days.
