🔁 Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal care items), all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Fragrances with broken seals

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes

❗This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and safety for all customers.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the claim is valid.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your product arrived damaged

  • Your package was confirmed lost in transit (verified by the carrier)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened fragrances or cosmetics

  • Discounted items

  • Shipping costs (unless the error was on our part)
